• Lab Integration: Lab orders sent electronically to TriCore for added convenience.

• Medical Records Access: View, download, and upload your medical records anytime securely.

• Document Management: Access and print test orders, results, referrals, letters, and other documents at your convenience.

• e-Prescriptions: Receive prescriptions electronically via e-prescribing feature to your pharmacy of choice. We do not have any connections to pharmacies and/or the pharmaceutical industry. The doctor has the choice to prescribe any non-controlled substance medications that are clinically appropriate.

Membership Options

*Plus taxes. Discount applicable only for the first year. One year commitment is required.

*We cannot accept enrollees of MEDICARE or MEDICAID or other government insurance like TRICARE due to billing regulations.

*All services provided at our clinic are included in the membership fee. This is not health insurance and we do not bill or submit insurance claims, but you can use your insurance for any labs, prescriptions, referrals etc. ordered by the doctor.

• Messaging your doctor anytime through the app. You will receive responses directly from your doctor for medical questions, or from our staff for non-medical questions.

• Same or next business day appointments with your doctor when medically necessary

• Procedures and tests performed by your doctor or medical staff at the clinic

• Preventive Care & Wellness: Regular health checks and evidence based preventive screenings to keep you well.

• Acute Primary Care Conditions: Treatment for respiratory infections, urinary tract infections, rashes, pink eye, allergies, minor cuts, wounds, splinters, and more.

• Chronic Primary Care Conditions: Ongoing management of diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, thyroid disorders, asthma, COPD, acid reflux, migraines, and more.

• Obesity & Weight Management: Comprehensive medical weight loss plans (excluding prescriptions for controlled substances).

• In-Clinic Procedures/Tests: PAP smears, trigger point injections, incision and drainage, suture removal, strep throat tests, urine analysis, and other minor procedures/tests.

Your membership fees cover our practice expenses, allowing us to focus entirely on providing the highest quality care for you. Unlike traditional practices, we do not rely on billing insurance, charging per visit, or performing procedures or tests to generate revenue. This ensures that every decision is based solely on your medical needs, with the doctor available when needed. This model reduces overhead costs, allowing us to pass these savings on to you through affordable pricing.
