Questions?
What is direct primary care?
It is a model of primary care practice where patients directly pay their provider or practice without involving their health insurance company to obtain a defined set of primary care services. Patients typically pay a predictable flat monthly or annual subscription fee rather than for every visit or interaction with their provider. Any services obtained outside the practice like tests, medications, procedures etc. are generally the patient’s responsibility and not part of this service, although they can use their insurance if applicable.

We provide in-person visits at physical locations, virtual visits through video or phone, and asynchronous communication through messaging.
